Sarah has a master’s degree in social work and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is a licensed master/graduate social worker in North Dakota and Minnesota. Sarah specializes in helping individuals and families dealing with mental health concerns, life-changing events, divorce, relational conflict, and trauma.

Sarah emphasizes the connection between the client and the provider as an important part of effective therapy. Feeling seen, heard, and valued while knowing that you are not alone in your journey is essential for making positive changes and achieving desired outcomes. Sarah uses a comprehensive, person-centered approach to identify goals and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Outside of the office, Sarah loves time outdoors doing yard work, gardening, planting flowers, being at the lake or near the water, having bonfires, and spending time with family and friends.
