Insurance Information

Each provider in our group has different insurance credentialing. We will inquire with each client what insurance they may be covered under and match them with a provider that is in-network. Some specific insurance policies may have other nuances to them we may be unaware of prior to billing, so we always encourage clients to call their specific insurance policy to understand their outpatient mental health benefits. Our group of providers are credentialed under an array of insurances that may include: NDMA, MNMA, Sanford, Blue Cross Blue Shield of ND and other states, Optum UBH, Tricare, Medicare, HealthPartners, CIGNA, and UCare.

All Tricare members are asked to look into whether they are in need of prior authorization for themselves or member of their family.

We also work with Employee Assistant Programs. - Please be sure to have spoke with your EAP provider to obtain an authorization. We will also need a contact number to coordinate with your EAP and the required paperwork/billing info, we encourage getting the EAP authorization prior to scheduling.

We do not have a slide fee scale at this time.

Please provide your updated insurance information upon inquiring and we will ensure you are scheduled with a provider that meets your insurance needs.

Lastly, it is your responsibility as the client or legal guardian to update our office when there are insurances changes, whether that be a lapse in coverage, secondary insurance add on or new insurance to replace old policy.
